　　I. When you inquire about interpretation, please specify the date, time, venue, type, number of participants, content of the conference and its scope, using e-mail to convey that information. After we reply the quote, other details will be communicated directly on the phone.

　　II. Interpreting is heavy mental and physical labor. Therefore, according to our previous experience in service and international practice, three people work as a group in simultaneous interpreting. A group of two people can also be arranged according to the conference situation.

　　III. In order not to hinder the conference schedule, it is recommend that interpreting services reservation should be made at least a week in advance. If there is a large project, contact us in advance so that we can make corresponding arrangements and hold the necessary meeting. If there are other requirements, please let us know as soon as possible.

　　IV. Interpreters usually work eight hours a day. Any amount exceeding eight hours will constitute overtime, for which a charge will apply.

　　V. We also provide equipment rentals for conferences and simultaneous interpretation.
