We continue to collect all kinds of local Macau books (form 2012 to 2017) through the use of optical character recognition (OCR) technology, including the texts of official government websites, the annual reports of public and private companies, and all kinds of new textbooks, thereby creating a corpus and term bank unique to Macau, which is aided by CAT tools and network technology. Moreover, we continually update and enrich the term bank in response to changes in the social development, which satisfies the requirements of our work.

　　Accordingly, when a new customer engages us for translating for the first time, our computer system will track and record all the relevant terms and automatically store them in the database. This guarantees consistency for all translations of the same type, thereby ensuring the efficiency of future translation projects.
